Write Now Services LLC provides editorial and book design services, including proofreading, developmental editing, cover design, interior formatting, ebook formatting, and consultation. Each project is defined in advance through written agreement, proposal, or email confirmation, and any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and adjusted timelines.

Payment is required either in full upfront or split into two payments, with half due upfront and half upon completion. Work will begin within 48 hours of receiving payment unless otherwise explicitly stated. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Reasonable revisions are included within the scope of each service. Additional revisions or significant changes beyond the original agreement may be billed separately.

Estimated timelines are provided for each project but are not guaranteed and may vary depending on project complexity, scope changes, and client responsiveness. Clients agree to provide complete and accurate materials, respond to communication in a timely manner, and review and return feedback within a reasonable timeframe, as delays may affect overall timelines.

The client retains full ownership and copyright of their manuscript at all times. Upon full payment, the client receives rights to all final deliverables. Write Now Services LLC does not claim ownership of client work.

All client materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission.

Write Now Services LLC provides editorial and design services only and makes no guarantees regarding publication, agent representation, sales, or commercial success.

​

If a project is canceled, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point, and payments remain non-refundable once work has begun.

​

Write Now Services LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

​

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
